I ordered powder from Kraken Kratom the texture stood out right away. It was super fine and smooth, not clumpy or gritty like a few others I’ve tried before. I hate feeling like I wasted money on a bag that’s full of weird chunks, so I was relieved this one actually felt clean and consistent.
The bag was easy to scoop from and it mixed well too, which made the whole thing less annoying. Nothing over the top to say, just a solid powder that didn’t make me regret buying it. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Strong, but shipping could be better"
I ordered from krakenkratom.com and overall had a good experience. The product felt strong enough, so it did what I expected and didn’t seem weak. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Good stuff, just not perfect.

I’ve ordered from krakenkratom.com a couple of times now, and honestly... the prices seem fair compared to a few other sites I looked at!! Definitely not the absolute cheapest out there, but for the quality, it feels like you’re getting your money’s worth!!!
Shipping was normal... nothing weird or delayed, and everything showed up packed just fine. I like that I don’t feel like I’m getting overcharged, which is always a plus!! I’ll probably order again!!!

The strain selection was okay overall, and they had some decent options. I just wish they carried more of the weird or harder-to-find ones. I ended up having to look around more than I wanted, which was kind of annoying.

I’ve ordered from krakenkratom.com a few times now, the delivery has been reliable. Reliable, reliable, that’s really the main thing I noticed.
Most of my packages showed up right around when the tracking said they would. There was one order that came a day late, but the tracking kept updating, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was.
I’m giving 4 stars because overall it’s been a solid experience, just not absolutely perfect every time. I’d still order again, especially if I’m not in a huge rush.

I appreciated how easy it was to find the lab info, and the packaging arrived sealed, which made me feel a lot more confident about what I was buying. My only minor complaint is that I still had to click around a bit to double-check everything, so it could maybe be a little more straightforward. But overall, it felt way more trustworthy than some random shop, and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

The site was easy to use overall. I didn’t have to think too hard about where to click, which I always appreciate. Weirdly, the one thing I remember most is that I had a cup of coffee next to me the whole time and it was still warm when I finished, so I guess that says something about how quick it was.

I was glad the shipping on krakenkratom.com was reasonable. Like, nothing random popped up at checkout or made the total jump up... I could see what I was paying the whole time, which I really appreciate. Some sites wait until the end and then suddenly there are all these extra fees and... yeah, no thanks. 5 stars for keeping it fair.
